After months of speculation amongst media insiders, the new sports streaming service between Disney, Fox, and Warner Bros. Discovery is finally coming together.

We now have a name: Venu Sports. The price has been determined, coming to market at $42.99 per month. The release day is set, with the streaming service set to debut later this month before the start of football season. And we even know some of the economics, as each of the three companies will reportedly contribute $400 million to the venture while owning one-third of the service and receiving revenue distributions mirroring what each company currently gets from its cable affiliate deals.

For example, ESPN will receive a higher percentage of the fee distribution than Fox and Warner Bros. Discovery because it has the highest affiliate fee at $10 per month.
